PROGRAM FORMAT
This executive coaching program includes:
A two-hour kick-off meeting to conduct a deep dive in identifying challenges, strengths, developmental needs, key intentions, and desired goals and outcomes for our work together.
The development of a jointly created action plan including targeted goals, strategic and business objectives, measurements, and due dates.
Ongoing coaching sessions — weekly or bi-weekly — focused on leadership development, real-time problem-solving, and applied skill-building."
Unlimited phone calls and emails as needed to address urgent and real time issues as they arise.
Kate works with clients for a minimum of three months. Most relationships extend well beyond a year — a reflection of the depth and trust the engagement builds.
