PEER COHORT COACHING
FOR SENIOR LEADERS


Kate's Executive Coaching Cohorts bring together small groups of senior leaders for focused, peer-level engagement. In each cohort, you will develop genuine relationships with peers navigating similar challenges, receive direct guidance from Kate, and work through real leadership problems in real time — with the accountability structure that accelerates growth.

Cohorts meet bi-weekly for 90 minutes via Zoom in groups of up to eight participants. Each session combines direct coaching on individual challenges with structured discussion of topics relevant to the group.

FEES

Investment: $3,000 per quarter, which includes bi-weekly group sessions and one 60-minute private coaching session with Kate.
